DZWINNER is a competition that takes place once a year to reward employees, teams, and companies working in contact centers for their contribution to the development of the industry.

📌Participation in such events is very important, because:
🔸for employees, this is an opportunity to demonstrate unusual communication skills.
🔸teams can demonstrate their best qualities and customer handling skills, as well as teamwork🤝
🔸companies have the opportunity to demonstrate what a systematic approach they have built in staff training and development, as well as customer service. And also to boast of your own high results!

All tasks for the competition are completed in 3 stages. It takes about from 3 to 4 months📆

This year our team took part in two categories: “Project of the Year” and “Sales Team”⤵️
And, of course, we won both!

Our work has inspired many people, and we have received many compliments and congratulations. This is our best pride and motivation for new achievements! Thank you!✨
By the way, next year we will try to achieve the title “Contact Center of the Year”.
