CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER

We offer:

  • a competitive salary – 8,500 UAH (5,500 fixed part + 3,000 bonus);
  • training at the company’s expanse (duration: 5 days 6 hours per day);
  • Training is held in the office, work – remotely (the necessary equipment for work is a PC/laptop, headset, stable Internet connection).
  • the ability to work 6 or 8 hours a day;
  • a flexible work schedule, within 8 a.m.- 9 p.m.;
  • development within the company and beyond.

Requirements:

  • clear diction and competent speech;
  • fluent Ukrainian;
  • an experienced PC user;

Responsibilities:

  • receive incoming calls and consult existing customers;
  • entering data into the customer’s program;
