Our company started a new tradition – identifying the best employees of the company. Definition tool – audio recordings of conversations with customers and their assessment.

It involves three stages, during which participants submit their call recordings and demonstrate their sales skills.

It is very symbolic that we decided the final of the award and the presentation of prizes on 18.05 – the day of embroidery, a symbol of the genetic code of indomitability and victory.
In the following years, the tradition of awarding in such a competition will continue.

We thank all participants for their professionalism, desire to develop and improve their skills. At the award ceremony, everyone received their well-deserved gifts and was filled with positive energy. The main thing is that the participants are not going to stop there, but will continue to use new and non-standard techniques that will reveal their qualities as the best seller.
