Having conducted a satisfaction survey in January, we would like to highlight the following:
Employee engagement level 77.77%
The satisfaction level is 4.22 out of 5
We are pleased with the high marks for the work as a whole, while we have a lot to work on. Process adjustments have already begun:
Changed the database distribution algorithm and introduced an additional employee order control tool, which will improve the results of employees and the team as a whole
Changed the approach to conducting motivational contests. Introduced sprints to replace long-term contests, which will increase the number of winners and engagement.
We implement the ideas and in 3 months we will conduct a repeat survey and measure the results. We will gladly share the results of the next survey in the future.
